Application of inPublish for a watchmaking After-Sales-Service

Our customer, a well-known watchmaking group, wanted to be able to manage easily its technical documentation and:

  • allow several watchmakers to work simultaneously on this documentation, with the assurance of working always with the latest version
  • allow to modify content within a web interface and therefore to make possible to operate changes even when out of the office
  • avoid any data loss, either by file corruption or by interference between two people working on the same file
  • publish this documentation with a great reactivity
  • continue to edit PDF documents for printing, without having to define twice the same information
  • facilitate technical documents' management, regarding translation aspects and the way to communicate about changes done
  • manage precisely the access rights, so that everybody can only see the content for what he is authorised to
